How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping via UPS Ground on orders of $600 and above.
For orders under $600, a flat fee of $20 for UPS Ground or $50 for UPS Express will be charged.

Is a signature required?
At checkout, you can choose whether a signature is required upon delivery. If selected, the parcel will be released once it has been signed by the client.

Can I change my address after it ships?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your address after your package has shipped. If you need your package re-directed, please contact UPS with your tracking number for support.

Are there any addresses you cannot ship to?
For security and logistics reasons, Akris cannot ship to collection centers or P.O. Boxes. All Akris packages are delivered to the address provided on the order. If you enter an address we cannot ship to, we will contact you to provide an alternate address or refund your order.

We ship to all US states and territories. If you are located outside of the United States, please select your online store from the options below.

What if I want to send an order as a gift?
We offer complimentary gift wrapping and we can leave the order slip out of the box upon request. Please leave us a message in the Comments section during checkout to request this service.
Delivery & Tracking

When will I receive my order?
Most items are delivered by UPS within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. However, orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate boxes and have different delivery windows.
Delivery delays may occur during public holidays. If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, or you would like us to hold your order while you are away, please contact our Customer Care team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that customized products will be delivered within 3-4 weeks.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also track your order by logging into your Account here. If you cannot find your tracking information, feel free to contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Can You Deliver to My Hotel?
Yes. Please provide the name and address of your hotel as well as the dates of your stay in the Comments section at checkout. Our Customer Care team will do our best to have your package delivered within the dates of your stay. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet or is lost?
Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance. Include your name, order number, and a timeline of the missing or delayed package.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return and Exchange policy?
Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of delivery. Items must be in new condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with tags attached. Please note that sale items marked down 60% off are final sale, and may only be exchanged for alternative sizes, subject to availability. Akris reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
Customized items are final sale.
In the case of a return or exchange, original shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I return an item?
Your Akris order comes with a pre-paid UPS shipping label inside the box. To make a return, please follow these steps:
- Prepare your package: Place your item into the box in its original packaging with the packing slip it came with. Fill out the return form included in your order.
- Prepare to ship: Seal the box securely and attach the pre-paid UPS label. Please remove or cover any old address labels that may be on your box.
- Ship your return: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
- Wait for confirmation: Upon receiving and accepting your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note refunds may take 3-5 days to appear in your account.
To return an item purchased in person from one of our boutiques, please contact the store you purchased from for assistance.

Can I return an order I placed online at an Akris boutique?
Yes, full-price items purchased on Akris.com can be returned to any of our U.S. boutiques at no additional charge. Click here to find the boutique nearest you.
