What is the availability status of items on the site?
All items displayed on the Akris.com e-boutique are available for purchase. However, as our inventory is shared with select Akris boutiques, there may be rare instances where an item is sold at the same time in-store and online. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you promptly. If your size is currently unavailable, we invite you to click on “Get notified” to receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock. You can also reach out to us directly via the Contact Us page — we are happy to assist you.

How can I get assistance with my online order?

I just placed my order but haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
The confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there depending on your email settings.
If you still haven’t received anything after a short while, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team via the Contact Us section.

How can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. You’ll find all details in the Contact Us section.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled immediately. If processing has already begun, you may still return the item for a refund once it has been delivered.

Can I use a gift card or store credit while shopping online?
Gift cards purchased on akris.com can be redeemed exclusively online. At this time, Akris boutique credits and gift cards issued in-store cannot be used for online purchases. For detailed conditions of use, please refer to the information provided with your card.

Will my order be gift-wrapped?
Yes. You can select complimentary gift wrapping during checkout. All purchases are elegantly packaged in a signature Akris box — perfect for gifting.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Yes. During checkout, you have the option to include a gift card with your order.
You can either write a personalized message or request a blank card to handwrite your own.

Will my gift order include the price of the items?
No. If you select “gift wrapping” during checkout, your order will be treated as a gift. The prices of the items will not appear on the packing slip included in the shipment.

Each Akris boutique and retail partner curates its own selection. The assortment on akris.com reflects the styles currently available in our online inventory. Can you give me more information on CITES?
Some of our pieces crafted from precious exotic materials (such as crocodile, python, or lizard) are subject to international regulations. These items cannot be taken out of the country of purchase without a CITES certificate (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
Upon request, this certificate can be issued by your Akris boutique and may take several weeks to process. Please note: the certificate is valid for a limited time, and you may need to renew it through your local authorities if you plan to travel again with the item. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities to confirm whether any exceptions may apply.
