We are pleased to offer our online clients the option to return their purchases at any Akris boutique. If you wish to make a return in-store, please visit our Boutique Locator and contact your nearest or preferred Akris store directly.
How it works:
Visit an Akris boutique with your receipt and any item you wish to return in unworn, unwashed condition and with the tags attached. Our boutique team will process the return for you free of charge.
Once the return has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 1–3 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original payment method.
If you wish to exchange your item, our boutique team will be happy to assist you in selecting a different size or style. Please note that for exchanges, we may need to first process a refund for the original order and then charge the exchange as a new item.
